I have another option for you, but the etrailer # e98864 you mentioned is only confirmed to fit a 2006 - 2018 Toyota RAV4.
For your 2015 Chrysler Town and Country I recommend the Draw-Tite # 75579 instead as it is confirmed to fit your vehicle. This hitch has a 400lb tongue weight rating and a 4000lb trailer weight rating that gets bumped up to 500lb tongue weight and 5000lb trailer weight when using a weight distribution hitch.
If you are planning on towing with your Town and Country you will also need a vehicle wiring harness # C56331.
