The Adarac Pro Series Custom Truck Bed Ladder Rack - Aluminum - 500 lbs # A4000964 is an excellent rack for transporting 4 kayaks on your 2013 Ford F-150 with the 5-1/2' bed. The most economical way to safely haul your 4 kayaks is to use 2 of the Malone Stax Pro 2-Kayak Carrier w/ Tie-Downs # MPG115MD. This will attach to your ladder rack's square bars and provide a foam platform for your kaysk; tie-down straps are included.

While the method above will work well, I think the best option would be to go with 2 of the Rhino-Rack 2 Kayak Carrier w/ Tie-Downs # S512-S512X. This carrier is more costly, but it will do a better job of keeping the kayaks tight and secured to the roof and I think it looks better too. Tie-down straps are included with this kit as well. Just keep in mind you will need 2 of either kayak carrier mentioned above to accommodate your 4 kayaks. I attached a demonstration video for you.
