Hello ... I am looking for a set of rails and crossbars for a 2012 venza with a panoramic roof that will still allow the sunroof to function normally.

There is one roof rack that is a confirmed fit for your 2012 Toyota Venza with a panoramic sunroof, though the sunroof should not be opened with the rack on. There isn't a roof rack available for your Venza that is going to allow normal use of the sunroof when the rack is on, but you can remove the rack if you like when you aren't using it in order to utilize the sunroof.
The roof rack that fits your '12 Venza with a panoramic roof is an exceptionally nice one from Yakima, and consists of the following parts:
- Yakima JetStream Crossbars # Y00426
- BaseLine Towers for Yakima Crossbars # Y28TR
- BaseClip Fit Kit # Y06136
- BaseClip Fit Kit # Y06163
This rack is great because of not only how functional it is but also because it is extremely quiet; the JetStream crossbars have what are called "WindRidges" built in that minimize any noise. The bars are also easy to use because they are the right size for any clamp-mounted accessory and have channels with a push-in strip (as opposed to having to cut the strip like with most roof racks) for any channel-mounted accessory. The components of this rack - the crossbars, towers and fit kits - are so durable that they each come with a lifetime warranty as well.
The only other thing you can add, in order to provide security to the rack and lock it to your roof to help protect your investment, are lock cores, the Yakima Same Key System (SKS) Lock Cores # Y07204.
