Lifting the 2017 Honda CR-V with Floor Jack
Updated 05/04/2021 | Published 05/03/2021 >
Question:
Since the factory tow hook ring is used as part of the E-trailer hitch installation for the 2017 Honda CRV, can the hitch itself directly below the ring still be used as a rear floor jack point? I was concerned that after the hitch is installed, jacking there may now be transferring some of the load of the vehicle to other points that are not acceptable.
