Hey - could you give me the dimensions of the Threaded Barrel Nut Dimensions For Raptor Assembly? Im looking for a replacement barrel nut for Yakima SkyBox Rooftop Box - it looks like it should be the same dimensions as part #8870083, so Ill buy this kit if theyre in fact the same. Yakima has advised that the barrel nut is brass, 1-1/4inch long, 7/16inch wide, and has a thread pitch of 1/4-20. Let me know. Thanks!

The Replacement Barrel Nut for Yakima SkyBox Rooftop Box, part # Y8870083, is the same 8870083 barrel nut for the SkyBox. It measures 1-1/4" long, 7/16" wide, and has a thread pitch of 1/4"x20. This is the barrel nut that it sounds like you are looking for.

As for the Replacement Locking Knob Assembly for Yakima Raptor Aero Roof Mounted Bike Carrier, part # Y8820181, that you referenced, Yakima stated the barrels nuts on that were much larger and would not be suitable as a replacement for the SkyBox.
