I checked with Thule for you and they do not have any replacement mounting hardware for a Thule Combibox 250, so we can't confirm a fit for any hardware. That said, mounting hardware can often be made to fit, though it will likely require you to drill new holes in your cargo box.
If you are willing to do that you should be able to use the Replacement Mounting Hardware for Thule Weekender Cargo Box # 1032802.
