cannot access underside of 3/4 inch plywood trailer floor to through bolt. Will these work? bike is Harlet ultraclassic

Since tie down straps like # EM34410 are bearing the vast majority of the weight of the bike, attaching the wheel chock using the # TWPH2770 hardware kit is perfectly acceptable. The chock is merely helping hold the front wheel in place, the tie downs will be doing most of the work.
