The Swagman Bike Frame Adapter Bar, part # S57FR, has a weight capacity of 35 pounds. It will not work with your 65-pound bike. In fact, there are no adapter bars that can handle that much weight. As such, a hanging-style bike rack will not be an option for your bike.
Your only option to carry your heavy bike is to use a different rack like the Lets Go Aero V-Lectric Bike Rack, part # LGA77FR. It can handle 2 bikes up to 75 pounds. It also uses a wheel-mount design so your alternative fame will be supported. I've linked to a video review of this rack for you to look at.
