What Wheel Size Requires an Adapter with the Kuat NV Base Bike Rack

Question:
Looking for a 3 bike platform carrier and in interested in the Kuat nv base with and add on. Question is I have a 29er and two other bikes are 24” , will I need the special adaptor to add to make this platform work with the 24” bikes?

With the Kuat NV Base 4-Bike Rack part # BA22B-BA02B you have to use the adapter # 016-025-00-00 if the bike wheel is between 20 and 24 inches. Unfortunately this part has been discontinued, and there is not a replacement option.
