Question:
Is the +12 volt 30 amp power supply black cable and earth white cable wired through the 7 pin plug on the tow vehicle, or a stand alone power circuit. If so, what is the plug standard. The blue wire power supply from the controller is wired through the 7 pin plug.

Wiring connections for the Electric Over Hydraulic Brake Actuator are as follows.
Yellow - Cold side of breakaway switch, The wire that goes hot when a breakaway occurs.
Black - Positive connection on breakaway switch, The wire that charges the breakaway battery.
Blue - Output from in cab controller, The wire that provides power from your brake controller.
White - Ground
The white ground wire will attach to the negative battery terminal on the trailer break away battery. The 12 volt power wire will connect to the positive battery terminal on the trailer break away battery. The 12 volt circuit from the 7-Way connector will also tap into the power wire on the unit. I have included a diagram from the instructions that should help.

I have a 3 question about the diagram you referenced. First. I am installing this on a travel trailer that has house batteries. some of the install videos on etrailer show connecting the power and ground directly to the house battery, (using a 40 amp breaker). and other say that a separate breakaway battery must be used. Second. Where do I pull the "12 Volt/40AMP Circuit from Tow Vehicle. " My trailer gets power from the 7 way , if I am using the house battery, I will be using that same circuit. I assume that would be the same as trying to locate the actual power wire from the 7 pin. Or do I need to run a dedicated wire from the truck to the trailer. Third. If I do need a dedicated break away Battery, cant I just wire the Red charge wire to the House battery circuit. That should supply the 12 Volt necessary for the batteries charger to work. To summarize, My plan is, and this is the way the etrailer video shows, to connect the Black wire to positive of house battery through a circuit breaker, Whit wire to negative of house battery, Yellow wire to cold side of break away, and the blue wire to the controller wire from the tow vehicle 7 pin connector. video for reference https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Idg5k-APvbc&t=2458s Thank you Eric
