For your 2020 Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver Part # C13398 is going to be your only option at this time. It is rated as a Class 3 hitch that provides a tongue weight rating of 350 pounds, and a maximum tow rating of 3500 pounds. Although I would not recommend towing more that the manufacturers tow rating for your vehicle.
If you are planning on towing a trailer, I also recommend the Curt Upgraded Circuit Protected Powered Tail Light Converter Wiring Kit Item # C59496. This is a confirmed fit for your vehicle if is not equipped with the factory tow package and will allow you to tow legally.
There currently is not a installation video for this hitch on your specific model of vehicle. Curt provides an excellent and detailed instructions manual with the hitch, and states that this is an "Easy" rated install. It does not require cutting or drilling of any panels or frame of the vehicle.
