What Is Difference Between Bulldog Velocity Jack part # BD185400 # BD185402

Question:

I understand the difference between the two jack are that one comes with a remote and one doesnt. Few questions: 1 why is the one without the remote more expensive? 2 is the remote hard wire or wireless on the model that comes with a remote 3 how do you control the one that doesnt come with a remote. 4 do you have to have a marine battery to go with these or can they run off the trailer power plugged into your truck? I am wanting to put it on a 32ft cattle trailer so trying to figure out which model i need. Thanks

Basically the Bulldog Velocity jack part # BD185400 comes with the remote control to operate it whereas the # BD185402 does not include it.
