I reached out to my contact at Fulton and for your Fulton 2840025 you will need the following parts:
Gear Kit # BD500106
Bearing Kit # BD500224
Replacement Handle Kit # BD500171
Replacement Cap # BD500205
The handle kit that was originally on your jack is not sold as a replacement part, but he mentioned that that # BD500171 will work just fine in your jack.
