To add a regulator to your 100-lbs propane tank that will allow you to use a Mr.Heater 85000 btu system I recommend using something like the Camco Horizontal 2-Stage Propane Regulator w/ P.O.L - 160,000 Btu/Hr # CAM59333 which is designed to provide constant 11" WC propane pressure. Since it's rated for up to 160,000 btu/hr it's more than capable of working with your Mr.Heater. Since this regulator screws directly into your propane tank, you'll need to make sure you've got a free port available for a P.O.L. connector.

If this is part of an RV setup and you need the hoses, I would need to know what other outlets are needed for a propane tee and what type of connection to the heater is needed, so if you're in need of those parts too and can provide some photos I can help you locate the correct hoses you might also need.
