Question:

Were very interested in the XC2 for the back of our 26foot Rockwood 2511 travel trailer which has a factory installed trailer hitch as part of the frame. I see in your question to experts that Carla M replied that you can definitely use the S64650 because it is an RV approved rack along with the Dispatch and Escapee. However, when I search your site for travel trailerinch bike racks, the XC2 is not rated for travel trailers. Could you clarify if this particular rack would work for our situation? Thanks in advance for a reply.

RV approved bike racks to differentiate between the different styles of RVs. The Swagman XC # S64650 can be used at the back of a motorhome but not at the back of a travel trailer. For a similar bike rack that is rated for use at the rear of a travel trailer with the part # S64663 but the XC is not rated for use at the back of a travel trailer.
