The 3600 running watt dual fuel generator with electric start option Isn’t this generator CARB compliant? Also, is there a recoil start option , or just the electric start ?

The 4,500-Watt Portable RV Generator - 3,600 Running Watts - Propane or Gas - Electric Start # 333-0005 does have the recoil pull start on the wheel end of the unit. It has a clean-running engine that meets CARB, cETL, and EPA standards.
