Question:

I have a three burner camp Chef stove and a smoker. Can I connect a Cam59213 to the stove/smoker hose and then connect a hose to it and then to a propane tree? so we can use the same tank to light a lantern also..etc

Yes, you can use a Camco # CAM59213 adapter to connect any item with a TYPE-1 connector like your grill if your grill hose is long enough to reach. I have attached a photo illustrating this. If your hose is not long enough you will need to add a MB Sturgis # 100914-120-MBS ten foot propane hose extension.

Propane trees are a distribution system designed to be attached to standard 20 or 30 pound tanks. The system will feature one TYPE-1 connector at the bottom to attach to your portable tank, and 3 to 5 one-inch outlets with the throwaway cylinder thread for your propane devices like lanterns, grills, or heaters.

All of the outlets on your propane tree are designed to be used at the same time. Generally, at the top of the tree is one outlet facing up designed for a propane lantern.

My family uses the same thing when we boondock for our old 2 burner Camp Chef stove and our propane lantern.
