Adding Furrion RV Air Conditioner to Replace Vent with Fan

Question:

I am thinking of adding the Furrion 13,500 btu AC to my travel trailer. I would be removing the fan in the bedroom and installing this unit in its place. My question is, for an 8x8 bedroom would this AC cycle on and off too much to do any good. I understand that Coleman makes a 9200 btu unit, but the price of those are outrageous. The door to the bedroom is normally always open to the cold air would help other parts of the camper as well. Just trying to decide what is best. I would use the Furrion as a ductless unit as there is another ducted unit in the living are of the camper. When its really hot its not as cool in the bedroom as I would like. Let me know what you think. Thank you

The Furrion Chill HE RV Air Conditioner System - Manual - 13,500 Btu - White # FR52PR is the unit you will want. If you want the black unit, you can use the Furrion Chill HE RV Air Conditioner System - Manual - 13,500 Btu - Black # FR25PR. These are manual units that turn on at the ceiling on the air distribution box.

This will keep you from interfering with the other ducted AC unit.
