I did some research and it appears you need a 5.150 inch diameter cap. You can use the Americana Trailer Wheel Center Cap - Stainless Steel - 5.15" Pilot # AM90078 which will allow you to simply remove the end cap and get access to your bearing buddy grease cap grease zerk.
