Question:
I am trying to replace the brake assemblies for my 1997 Starcraft Spacestar 1224. I was wondering if your Electric Trailer Brake 10 3,500lbs Code:AKEBRK-35 would be an acceptable replacement.

The Electric Trailer Brake Kit part # AKEBRK-35 are extremely common brake assemblies to find on trailers. To ensure they will fit your just verify a few things. first measure your current assemblies if they are 10" in diameter and 2 1/4" wide these are a match. Then ensure they are held on with 4 attachment points. If this matches your are set.
Like I said these are extremely common but I do not have a way to confirm what your trailer was equipped with when new.
I've included a video for you to check out on the details and installation process.
