We have several trunk mount bike racks listed as a fit for a 2008 Mazda CX-7. I have included a link to them for you to view. The most economical 3 bike model is # TH911XT. I have included a link on this bike rack for you.
My top choice is the OutWay 3, # TH56BV. The retractable cables make installation and removal of the rack faster than any other rack that uses straps.
If you will be carrying women's, children's, or alternative frame bikes, I recommend using the bike adapter bar, # TH982XT, for greater ground clearance and to carry the bikes more level. I have included a link to a video that shows how the adapter works.
