Which Buttons Do I Press to Program The Remote Control for Fan-Tastic Vent Roof Vent with 12V Fan

Question:

Please help!!!! In all the QandAs about programming this remote your company writes hold your remote 12 inches away from the fan while holding both arrows.inch There are 6 buttons with arrows on them. Which of these 6 buttons with arrows do we hold down during the programming?????

I can see why you would ask this question. Since Fantastic Fan is not very specific about which arrows, my only advice is to try the up and down arrows for both the speed and the temp separately until the remote programs. The programming process doesn't include the two buttons on the bottom of the remote "up" and "air out".

Hold the remote about a foot from the fan and hold both arrows until all the lights flash in sync. Since there are two sets of arrows first try the two speed arrows and if that does not work try the temp.
