Question:
I have a part number for my brake assembly LH 023-105-00. I realize this is the left hand. Is this automatically a 12inch drum? I want to make sure I am ordering the correct assembly. It goes on a 5th wheel trailer that is 10K GVWR

The exact replacement assembly for the part number you mentioned is the part # 23-105 which is a left hand, 12 inch brake assembly that requires manual adjustment. The part # AKEBRK-7L-SA is a self adjusting replacement that would work great.
For the right hand you'd need the # AKEBRK-7R-SA.
