Question:
I am traveling about 500 miles with a small trailer like for landscape machinery and it doesnt have fenders on the tires will that be a problem traveling a distance of about an 8 hour drive. I will not have any load on it just bringing it to another location. ???

I wouldn't worry about the trailer not having fenders. I've pulled a few enclosed trailers that were missing fenders and it didn't affect anything that I noticed. If you get a puddle or it starts raining the tires will fling water so it might not be as clean but you'd be fine.

No fenders on a trailer or vehicle is down right dangerous. Flying rocks flung head on into oncoming traffic. Can’t believe you said it was fine. Incredibly dangerous.
