How To Attach the Kuat Dirtbag Bike Rack To Channels In Tracks/Crossbars

Question:

I am gonna mount a Kuat bike truck bed mount on a T-slot in retrax pro xr tonneau cover rail. To help me make decision, could you tell the detail dimension of this nut ? Can I slide it in the T-slot ? where can i find matched screws, such as Home depot or Lowes ? does this nut accept thule T-bolt, Item # 853-5648 ? thanks for your time

It sounds like you have a Kuat Dirtbag Bike Rack part # DRT15x110 and are wanting to install this directly into the tracks on a Retrax XR Hard Tonneau Cover. If that is the case then you should be able to use the Thule Adapter part # THXADAPT12 for this as the channel bolts for the crossbars are similar to that of those for the rails.

The Replacement Stainless Steel T-bolt for Truck Rack part # 853-5648 and the Replacement Square Nut for Thule M.O.A.B. Roof Mounted Cargo Carrier part # 853-5163 are not correct though I can still get you the dimensions if you need them. I would not be able to inform of local retailers with these parts.
