How do you on roll the awning to replace the motor two turns when the motor does not work?

According to Lippert, the awning will need to be extended 8-12" in order to gain access to the assembly head cover which can then me removed in order to give access to the motor. In order to extend the awning while the motor is bad you can use the manual override procedure which I have attached for you below. Please note you will need to support the arm while removing the motor in order to prevent them from falling. The correct replacement motor for you should be the Solera Power Awning Replacement Motor part # LC266149.
