We ordered the part on Thursday and received it on Wednesday. The price was very good and the time frame of receiving the part was very good too. This was the idler head for our power awning that we were replacing due to damage.

Exact replacement of a factory part. The speaker isn't the greatest in sound quality but they are okay. I will eventually install some better speakers in the side of my trailer for better sound quality.
Fit and install went as easy as it gets standing on a ladder at 70 yrs old. :) Absolutely excellent to have this source of parts. My dealer seemed stymied at the request. They should have referred etrailer on that initial call.
Received in good shape and got it put on with no problem and it matches the other side perfectly thanks
