Tailgate LED Light Strip For 2018 Nissan Titan

Question:

Where you would stick the strip on the recessed flat part under the tailgate, the grommet for the spare tire winch is in the way. There isnt enough room to go up or down. Thoughts?

Thank you for the photo and we do have some options for you to add a LED tailgate light strip to your 2018 Nissan Titan, though a single light bar would not work due to the grommet for the spare tire winch that you referenced.

What I recommend is the Alpena LEDLitz - 28" Red Exterior Flexible Lights # ALP77016 which are a pair of 14" strips that can be cut to length and are wired directly to your Nissan's tail lights. This is the best option because wiring them to your lights will ensure they perform.
