A couple of things to check when trying to pair monitor to the camera for the Furrion Vision S # FOS43TASF.

First make sure that the monitor is close enough to the camera. Next make sure that the camera is receiving power (indicated by LED light on camera). If it is then be sure to hold the pairing button on the camera for 2 seconds before pairing with the monitor.

I have attached a clip from the troubleshooting section for the Vision S that you can use to try to get the monitor and camera to pair. If you still can't get it to work let me know and I can help you troubleshoot further.

Congrats on your new 5th wheel. The Furrion Vision S Wireless RV Backup Camera System # FOS05TASF has a very simple pairing feature. I've attached the installation instructions to show you the pairing on page 9. If you can't pair with the tow vehicle in front of the trailer, you may need to do the initial pairing with the monitor closer to the camera. Some interference could be causing an issue and relocating the monitor has at times been the simple solution to get you on the road.

@JasonS I followed all these steps as well as other pairing recommendations and still no pairing. The camera worked well on my 2016 Duramax but no painting on the 2021 Duramax. Each end is powered but the monitor is not finding a signal. Should I remove the camera to see if it will pair when it is closer to the monitor? Any other ideas would help. Seems as if Futrrion is not providing much support.

@JohnC Yes, go ahead and move them closer to see if that helps the pairing process at all. If it doesn't, let me know and I can help you troubleshoot further.

Have the Furrion 7 backup and two side cameras. All connections are good and the system is brand new. I get pictures on and off, just 2-4 second blinks. The trailer is only 24' and my TV is a 2016 Mercedes GLE 350. I have checked my 7pin and I do make certain the lights are set to on. I have the antenna in the right direction. Any ideas?

I think the issue here is with the Mercedes. The running lights circuit on this vehicle just isn't strong enough on its own to properly power the camera. What you can do is add the 7-Way Adapter, which will ensure the correct amount of power is sent through.

@ChrisR Really frustrated with my furion vision s backup camera. Bought a brand new Ford Expedition and a brand new Forest River vibe 28rl. Installed my camera on the rv and the blue light isn’t on. When I tried pairing up close it didn’t work. When I pair from in the car it connects for a few seconds but then no signal. I really don’t want to have to bring my rv back for service if we can avoid it. Any tips would be great.

@JasonC I think the reason why your camera isn't getting power when installed on your RV is because you either aren't powering the circuit (usually these are connected to the running/head lights) or you need to flip a switch or check on a fuse in your camper. Your owner's manual or your RV dealer should be able to tell you about any switch or fuse. When it comes to them not pairing did you check out the photo I shared in the answer page above about not being near power lines and making sure the antenna is fitted and secured correctly?

Can you tell me what troubleshooting steps you've already tried? Also just make sure that you have the camera powered - it'll either be wired to the running lights or reverse lights, so make certain that you have either of those functions activated in the tow vehicle.

@ChrisR thank you for this. I had been fighting with my camera for over 200 miles then realized my lights weren’t on. Immediately fixed the glitch. Appreciate the help!

It all has too do with the voltage on the newer models 2021/ 2022 they are putting out round about 10.5 volts not enough it needs the full 12volts + and I used a 5 pin relay, wiring was really easy there is plenty of diagrams for the 5 pin relay, 12 volt from trailor battery to the 30 pin, (make sure to add fuse in between battery and 30 pin ), trigger wire (trailor parking lights wire comeing from the 7 pin trailor harness) to the 86 pin, 85 is neutral or ground and the last pin is 87a and 87 need to check witch one becomes hot after turning on trailor lights that's your wire and just cap the other one off

We have recently onstalled the Furrion camera on our 5th wheel. Yesterday it was working fine with the monitor. Today as we are traveling, the monitor shows no connection. I opened the passenger door for something and the monitor came on. I closed the door, the monitor went off! Did it several times- same thing. Back on the road and no signal. Obviously we can’t travel with the door open so do you have any suggestions, please?

@Joey You've got a wiring issue somewhere and you'll need to trace all of the wiring to see where the problem is located. You can also just run a new power wire for it to the running light circuit on your 5th wheel so the camera starts working when you turn your headlights on though, if you want to just bypass the current wiring for it.
