Question:
with this hitch draw tite 76227 installed on my 2012 Subaru Outback 2.5i Premium what tongue weight would be the maximum rating? I want to use a motorcycle carrier total weight on tongue would be just under 350 lbs I have found the Subaru tongue weight for the unibody mounting holes is around 200 lbs.

Trailer hitch/vehicle towing capacities are limited by the lowest rated component in the setup. The Draw Tite hitch part # 76227 has a tongue weight capacity of 600 lbs which means it's over-built for your vehicle that has a 200 lb tongue weight rating.
You'd have to look into a small trailer to tow your motorcycle since a carrier option wouldn't be safe. For trailer wiring you'd need the # 118467 if you wanted to go that route.
You'll also need a ball mount and ball so you might be interested in etrailer ball mount kit # 989900. It comes with 2 ball mounts; one with a 3/4 inch rise or 2 inch drop and one with a 2-3/4 inch rise or 4 inch drop. It also includes a 1-7/8 inch ball, 2 inch ball, hitch pin with clip, and a storage bag.
If the ball mount kit does not include a ball mount with the right rise or drop to tow the trailer level, check out the link I have included that explains how to measure to choose a ball mount to tow the trailer level.
