The roof rack I recommend for your Rockwood Freedom 1940LTD Pop-Up Camper is the Swagman Roamer LT Roof Rack for Pop-Up Campers and Camper Shells # S80510 because of its strength and durability.
This rack, which has been used by our customers on a Rockwood Freedom pop-up before (see accompanying cut out from the reviews that I added) uses crossbars that are constructed from steel, have a powder coat to stop corrosion, and come with a lifetime warranty which speaks to their durability. That is a stark contrast to the single year warranty of the SportRack Pop-Up Camper Roof Rack # SR1020.
These square crossbars will allow you to carry four roof-mounted bike racks and for that the best option is the Swagman Upright Roof Bike Carrier # S64720. The reason you want the Swagman Upright is because it attaches to the frame of your bikes, eliminating the annoying wheel removal process, which would be particularly time-consuming for four bikes. The Upright also comes with a lock to keep the bike securely on the rack, and has a lifetime warranty, just like the Swagman Roamer LT Roof Rack # S80510.
I have added links to video reviews and installation manuals for you to take a look at.
