Question:
Im going to change the hubs on my axles, one has breaks the other has just hubs. The old donut wheels are 8-14.5 Ive purchased new hubs and drums from yall recently and havent installed yet. waiting on sandblasting trailer first. The new hubs are 8-201-5UC3 and 42655UC1 and also will install new brake flanges on one axle. My concern is after reading some of the questions on this site, that i may have interference with the new tires and wheels and the trailer frame. I only have about 3/8 of inch clearance between old mobile tires and trailer. What wheel combination do you think will work if any

The tire size you referenced, 8-14.5 has an overall diameter of 27.7 inches and a width of 8 inches. We do not carry a direct replacement.
For a replacement wheel and tire package that will fit the # 8-201-5UC3 and the # 42655UC1 hubs with a 6 on 5-1/2 bolt pattern, we have the Karrier Tire and Wheel, part # AM32664. However this wheel and tire combo has an overall height of 28.4 inches and a width of 8.9 inches. You would need to measure to determine if you will have sufficient clearance.
If you have not already done so, you will want to verify the inner and outer bearings on your hubs to ensure the hubs you ordered are compatible. The Dexter Hub & Drum Assembly, part # 8-201-5UC3, will work with 25580 inner bearings and LM67048 outer bearings. The Dexter Hub & Drum Assembly # 42655UC1, will work with 25580 inner bearings and 15123 outer bearings.
You will want to check the capacity of your axles, as you will not want to exceed it. Usually the axle capacity can be found on the axle, below are sizes of typical axle sizes and capacities.
Typical Axle Diameters Based on Axle Capacity
1,000-lb - 2,000-lb Axles: 1-1/2" - 1-3/4" diameter
3,500-lb Axles: 2-3/8" diameter
Can have a 3-1/2" diameter, but rarely
6,000-lb - 7,200-lb Axles: 3" diameter
8,000-lb Axles: 3-1/2" diameter
9,000 lb Axles: 4" diameter
10,000-lb Or more axles: 5" diameter
