I have a Thule Xporter Pro Truck rack and there is a Thule Cascade Cargo box for sale on craigslist in my area. Can I mount it to the Xporter Pro?

The Xsporter Pro like # TH500XTB has load bars that measure 3-1/2 inches by 1-1/2 inches. The Thule Cascade cargo box will use mounts that are 3-1/4 inches wide so they will not fit the bars on the Xsportster Pro. You would need to create a custom mount to make them compatible with wider U-bolts. Then you can use # LT37467 to seal holes. This will work but will also be outside the warranty of either product.
