Anti-Rattle Locking Hitch Pin to Use with Cargo Carrier

I have a 2018 Ford Escape and am interested in the Reese model 63153 cargo carrier. My questions are: what is the anti-rattle bolt, its cost and is there be a difference between the bolt and the lock I currently use to secure items to the car’s tow bar? The lock fits snugly into the tow bar hole. Looking forward to you answers.

The anti-rattle hitch pin I recommend to go with the Reese cargo carrier, part # 63153, is part # 63232 which is also a lock. I'm not sure if it's more than what you have but if you just have a lock that is tight then it likely is. It uses a block with a spring that is inserted inside the shank of the cargo carrier. The pin goes through the hitch pin hole and the block and spring. So when you tighten the pin it pulls the block against the inside of the cargo carrier's shank holding it tight agaisnt the inside of the Escape's hitch receiver.
