As long as you have the fender and sidewall clearance for a slightly larger tire, you should not have any issue upgrading a bit from the 195/65-15 size tires you currently have mounted. You will also just need to make sure that any new tires you install feature a combined load capacity that matches or exceeds the loaded weight of your trailer.

While we don't have any 205/65-15 size tires available, we do have a nice selection of similarly sized 205/75-15 tires like the excellent Provider Radial Tire # TR20515D. This tire size will have an overall diameter of 27.1 inches and a width of 8.1 inches. This is compared to the 25 inch overall diameter and 7.7 inch width on your current 195/65-15 tires. You can take a few measurements on the trailer to ensure you have the proper clearance for this larger size. This tire size will fit 15 inch wheels with a 5 inch, 5-1/2 inch, 6 inch, or 6-1/2 inch width.

The Provider ST205/75R15 Radial Trailer Tire # TR20515D mentioned above features a maximum load of 2,150 pounds at 65 psi and an excellent speed rating of 81 mph. I have attached a short video demonstration on this tire that you can also check out.
