this seems to be the system i want install, just wondering about will the mounting hardware effect a goose neck hitch? and will mounting this system still work if i install 2inch rear spring puck lift? mount on inside of frame

The Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs AL89365 are a fit for a 2018 Ram 1500 (so long as it does NOT have the factory air suspension) and in regards to your questions, I did speak to a representative of Air Lift. They confirmed that you will be able to mount them and also have a gooseneck hitch in the bed of your truck because the springs mount on the inside of the frame.

In terms of the 2 inch rear spring puck lift you are looking to install the Air Lift Springs # AL89365, Air Lift confirmed that it would work so long as you used 2 inch spacers # AL52420. I've added a link to a video of these springs being installed on a Ram 1500 as well as a link to the install instructions for you to check out as well.

I also recommend taking a look at the Air Lift WirelessONE Compressor System for Air Helper Springs # AL25980, which will allow you to adjust your springs individually with just a remote control and will automatically restore the pressure in your air springs should it get too low.
