Troubleshooting No Power to 7-Way Connector on 2014 Honda Pilot
Question:
I installed this harness per instructions n my 2014 Pilot. I have no power to the trailer 7 way connector. I received 1 30 A fuse with the kit It can install in the fuse box in spot # 5 and #9. Tried both spots and still no power. Double checked all connections. Any idea why this does not work?

The Tekonsha T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness 7-Way # 118265 referenced in your question is confirmed to fit your 2014 Honda Pilot.
If you are not getting any power at the connector, this leads me to believe that there is a missing or damaged fuse related to the tow package on the vehicle. I have attached an image that shows exactly where the included fuse you mentioned should be inserted inside the Pilot's fuse box. Also make sure the two included black relays are inserted into the black connector on the relay and fuse harness. I have attached the complete written installation instructions that you can review.
If everything is installed correctly and you are still not receiving power at the connector, I recommend checking your vehicle's owners manual for any additional fuse locations related to trailer towing, specifically the light functions.
Please let me know if this does not resolve the issue and I will be happy to help you further.
