I am trying to install the Curt 56291 on my 2018 Pilot but I am not sure where the fuse goes for the trailer wiring. Can you help?

When installing the Curt T-Connector # C56291 on your 2018 Honda Pilot, it looks like the location for the included fuse is the number 2 location in the fuse box that is located near the brake fluid reservoir (near the driver's side under your hood). If you check out the linked installation video on a 2017 Pilot you can see this being done.
If you don't already have a trailer hitch and a hitch ball kit then I recommend the etrailer.com Trailer Hitch Receiver # E98840, which has a matte black finish and a sleek look, as well as the popularx ball mount kit # C45036. Attached is an installation video for the trailer hitch and a ball mount article to make sure the 2" drop of the ball mount is correct for your towing application.
