Question:
I already have a set of these feet, but now have a Honda Fit 2016. Could I use this foot set instead of getting a new 480 set?

The Replacement Foot for Thule Aero Roof Rack Foot Pack # 753-3260 is only a fit for Thule Aero Roof Rack Support Feet # TH400XT, and unfortunately those would not work with the Thule Fit Kit THKIT1751 that goes on your 2016 Honda Fit.
For a Thule roof rack that fits your 2016 Honda Fit with a naked roof you would need:
- Thule WingBar Evo Crossbars # TH711220 (Black) OR # TH711200 (Silver)
- Evo Clamp Feet for Thule Crossbars # TH710501
- Fit Kit for Thule Evo Clamp Roof Rack Feet # TH145152
The WingBar Evo is simple to use; it has QuickAccess strips in its T-slots so you can use channel-mounted accessories easily, saving you the time and frustration that come with using crossbars that require you to cut the rubber trim that lies in the slot. All you have to do to mount any accessory in the T-slot of the WingBar is twist the SwingBlade end caps to reveal the slots and slide your accessory right in.
These crossbars obtain their strength and durability from their aluminum construction, which also keeps them rustproof. The WingBar Evo is so durable that it comes with a lifetime warranty to ensure you never have to worry about this bar wearing out over time - it won't.
I do recommend adding the Thule One-Key System Lock Cylinders # TH450400 so you can lock the roof rack to your vehicle and secure your investment. I have added links to a couple video reviews for you to take a look at as well.
