Recommended Crossbar Length for a 2017 Honda Civic Sedan
Question:
I have a Thule RB47 48inch. that it was in my old Honda civic, will that fit on the new civic?

Expert Reply:
The crossbars that Thule recommends using on a 2017 Honda Civic sedan are 53" long. Typically, manufactures recommend the shortest crossbar allowed on the vehicle therefore I do not believe the 47" long crossbars would work for you. Instead, I recommend using the Thule WingBar Evo part # TH711420 with the Thule Evo Clamp part # TH710501, and the Fit Kit for Thule Evo Clamp Roof Rack Feet part # TH145066. You can add locks with part # TH450400.
