Question:
Hello, I am looking for a trailer hitch for a 2017 Volvo XC90. I saw these two particular hitches and they are quite different. Can you confirm that these two hitches really fit my vehicle and both if they do, which one would you recommend. One thing I noticed is that the Curt # C13233 hangs lower and the frame is more visible under the vehicle. Also, in terms of installation, which one would you say is easier to install? Thank you very much.

Helpful Expert Reply:
Both the Curt hitch part # C13233 and Curt hitch part # C53HR are a confirmed fit for your 2017 Volvo XC90. They approached the design of the hitch totally different but they both fit and work well.
That said the Curt # C53HR is the better option since it has a concealed crosstube and all you'd see is the hitch opening from behind the vehicle.
