Will this rack carry this bike on the back of my 2012 Honda CRV?

The Saris Bones part # SA805BL that you mentioned is a confirmed fit for your 2012 Honda CR-V and can carry your Specialized Helga bike but it will require a bike frame adapter bar part # UB01 which connects to the seat post and the steering stem to allow it to be carried on a hanging bike rack.
