It seems everything is with the unit except I dont see a what I call under the truck bed mounting plate I have a 1999 f250 super duty. What do I need to install a used Reese to my truck?

To install a Reese fifth wheel such as # RP30047 you will only need a base rail kit, the Reese Universal Base Rails and Installation Kit for 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches # RP30035. These are above-bed rails which will allow you to mount the Reese hitch in your 1999 Ford F-250's truck bed.
