The Lionshead Steel Modular Trailer Wheel - 15" x 6" - 6 on 5-1/2 - Silver # LHHA312 may fit on your 1993 Nissan D21 2WD pickup, but it is not designed for this use. Before using this wheel in that way, you will want to make sure you have a zero offset on your current truck wheels. Trailer wheels often use a zero offset, like this wheel does, for wheel and tire clearance when on a trailer. It is not uncommon for vehicles to have a decent offset.
An offset is how far the actual mounting surface of where the wheel meets the hub is from being perfectly centered on the wheel. Zero offset means centered. Vehicles can have a positive or negative offset, but can also have a zero offset. You will want to check that before moving forward. It is likely that it will not fit, but it is possible.
