The Curt Class I Receiver Hitch # C11900 referenced in your question is confirmed to fit your 2018 Chevrolet Camaro. This is a very nice, Class I hitch that will provide you with a 1-1/4 inch receiver opening and a 200 pound tongue weight capacity.
We do not have any particular recommended shops in your area, so I recommend simply taking your vehicle up to any local mechanic or shop that has a good reputation. While this hitch does have a relatively difficult installation process, any experienced mechanic should not have an issue. The hitch will use existing hardware on the vehicle.
Some things to keep in mind when looking for estimates from a local mechanic are that some underbody panel(s) and/or fascia must be temporarily loosened or removed. Trimming may be needed to reattach panel or fascia. They will need trunk for installation. They will need to trim the fascia. It has an estimated installation time of around 2 hours. No drilling will be required.
I have attached the complete written installation instructions that you can also check out.
