Question:

I have a 2011 Chevy equinox and a hitch from your company. What twist rate do i need for a tap to clean out my rusted weld nuts?

If your weld nuts are rusted then the best way to clean them would be to spray them with a lubricant like PB Blaster lubricant or WD-40 and then scrubbing them with a wire brush like part # DW00254 after the lubricant has sat for a few minutes. You may need to do this a few times as in mentioned in the attached article and video on cleaning weld nuts.
