Can you add a lock to the arm of a thule hitch mount bike rack that does not have one? The end caps do come off, if so what parts do you need?

Expert Reply:
Thule racks cannot have integrated cable locks added onto the rack.
Instead, you'll need to use a cable lock like the 10' Long Cable Lock, part # e98891, to secure your bikes and rack together to the hitch's safety loop, improving the security of the rack and deterring theft.
