The wheel caps you need will depend on your wheel rather than your tire. From the photo you submitted, it appears as though you have an 8 on 6-1/2 wheel bolt pattern. For 8-lug wheels with a 4.88" to 4.9" pilot hole diameter, I recommend the Lionshead Trailer Wheel Center Cap w/ Snap-In Plug - 4.88" to 4.9" Pilot - Stainless, # LHCS109-SI60C.

4.88-4.9 inches is a common size for pilot hole diameters given your tire and wheel information, but it's best to confirm the diameter to be certain. I've attached an image showing where to measure this diameter. I've also attached a link to our wheel caps; you can use the filter on the left side of the page to choose your pilot hole diameter.
