For a steering stabilizer, I recommend the Roadmaster Reflex Steering Stabilizer with Mounting Brackets for Class A Motor Homes # RM-RBK4-RSSA which is a confirmed fit for your 1996 Ford F53 Chassis. It is the only steering stabilizer we have confirmed to fit your chassis. This stabilizer uses a sturdy steel spring to keep your Bounder in line by constantly working whether compressed or extended to return your vehicle to center. This helps you maintain control of your Bounder in crosswinds, rut tracking, road edging, and even will assist in the instance of a tire blowout. It greatly reduces driver fatigue by working to keep the camper centered for you and compensating for oversteering.

We don't carry the serpentine belts, however, an online forum I found suggests the following:

BELT,SERPENTINE FAN, A/C & P/S
Car Quest K060505 Micro-Ve Gates 60-3/8 inches (1534mm) X 13/16 inch (20mm).

And for my Fan, Alternator and Air Pump; W/130A. Alt
Car Quest K060505 Micro-Ve Gates
51 inches (1295mm) X 0.826772 inches (21mm)
