Will a 2004 nissan xterra trailor hitch, fit a 2010 nissan xterra

I do have trailer hitch receiver options that will work for your 2010 Nissan Xterra however, none of the trailer hitch receivers that are a confirmed fit for your 2004 Nissan Xterra will also fit the 2010 Nissan Xterra.
For a trailer hitch receiver that is compatible with a 2010 Nissan Xterra, I recommend using the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 13514 over the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 75291 as the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver is rated for a high capacity in comparison to the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch Receiver.
For a complete towing package, I recommend using either the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector part # C56225 for a 4-flat connector or part # C56226 for a 7-way connector in addition to the Curt Ball Mount for 2" Hitches part # C45030.
I have attached an installation video of both the hitch and wiring harness on a similar year Nissan Xterra for you.
